Kelly is AWESUM! an asset to Suntrup and Hyundai. If you dont care for the typical car buyin experience shes the one u want. Very pleasant, no pressure, nothing but great interaction with her. She was more than willing to answer questions or find answers no matter how many times I contacted her. I believe shes looking out for the customers best interest. First off.
First off...I love my preowned certified Santa Fe. My sales associate had answers to my questions and reassured me I could contact him anytime for assistance. Financing was a breeze and everything flowed smoothly until AFTER the sale. Part of the package I was to receive was BlueLink. My sales associate told me the website associated with the service was having issues and I'd be sent a link once it got worked out. Many calls and emails later (to the Sales Associate, Sales Manager, and a General Manager)...NOTHING. I finally took the matter into my own hands and called Hyundai myself. Simple as could be and absolutely NO reason why the service couldn't have been set up at the time of sale. So as the sale went absolutely perfect, they dropped me like a hot potato when I needed assistance and answers.

Absolutely terrible communication.
Absolutely terrible communication. My vehicle was taken in for service to get a new engine under warranty which took 2 1/2 months from start to finish. I would never receive any updates from John, I had to constantly call and check on it myself. Kept getting the run around and blame put elsewhere. John was rude over the phone, and had an attitude in person that seemed like he didn't care and was upset at the fact he was dealing with you and your vehicle. Wish I could have had someone else be my service rep, because he solely ruined any future business I will have with this dealership.

They kept my car overnight without telling me for 1 oil change no communication with me at all, they text me at 6:11 stating my car is ready for pick up and when I got there at 6:35 the sales manager told me service closes at6pm and I would have to get my car tomorrow. Definitely will not do business with them again.

You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people from start to finsih who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience with Mike Woolsey. He found the exact car I wanted in tip-top shape at a fair price with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. I highly recommend this dealership. You won't be sorry!

I was very happy to get Greg as the sale associate. He knows the cars they have . He was happy to help . He helped me get the car at a price I can afford. He also helped me set the car up with my phone and radio presets. How to operate the advanced driver assist or fancy cruise control. They were very busy selling many cars that day and he still took the time I needed to make the decision. The whole team there was great. Buying a car can be frustrating and gives many folks anxiety but not at suntrup. Great job I am very pleased. And the car looks great!

We had a great experience with Suntrup Hyundai South. Brett kept an eye out for the exact car that we were looking for and contacted us as soon as what we were looking for came in. It took about a couple months for that to happen, so it really means a lot that he remembered what color and model of car we wanted and contacted us as soon as Suntrup Hyundai got one in. Then Brett worked late the evening we came to test drive the car to ensure that we were able to purchase it that day! Brett also worked to make sure we got a good deal on our trade-in! Huge thanks to Brett and Brian in finance for staying late that evening to allow us to take home the car we wanted that same night!

I went in for a routine oil change on 10/4/22 and their
I went in for a routine oil change on 10/4/22 and their service team caught my Palisade on fire! The service technician, Kayla, that was there at the scene that day said it was "engulfed in flames for a second." I have this statement on video. I was told by the Servicing Director, Elliot Silk, that the car was safe to drive and there was very little heat damage to the bumper only. He was rude, unapologetic, and very berating. I have a voicemail from him that says, "your vehicle is completely safe to drive, there is absolutely nothing wrong with it." I took it to a third party to get an unbiased diagnosis because of the treatment I was receiving from Elliot. More damage was visible to a professional than what I was being told. Along with the melted bumper, trim, and skid plates, there were melted wire harnesses that could cause a short and another fire if driven. Something Suntrup was not going to fix until I provided them with the estimate. After asking them to repair the damage per the estimate I received, allow me to keep the rental they provided as repairs were being completed, and reserve the right to get it reinspected, they agreed. One business day later, I got an email that said, "Elliot does not agree with all the work on the estimate," and "your satisfaction is contingent on too many variables.” They wanted to cut me a check for the estimate amount, demand their rental car back, and leave me without a car for my family (including 3 kids in car seats). I was threatened, bullied, and harrassed for trying to come to a solution that was fair after the incident. With dealerships not having inventory on their lots that suit my family's needs, mechanics not being able to service repairs for 2 months, rental companies not having 3 row cars to rent this time of year, I was forced to have them buy my car from me for an unfair price (less than what they have the same vehicle on their lot for now with 12k more miles on it) and be without a car. Now, they have my car on the lot for sale without any disclosure of the fire incident. The listing in fact reads "clean vehicle history" which they are all well aware of is a lie. They are heartless. BEWARE OF THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP! I made this post public and they responded with blatant lies. I provided all evidence on my facebook page so they look absolutely foolish.
