After weeks of research and several days of test driving
After weeks of research and several days of test driving cars, I walked into Suntrup Hyundai without an appointment. I was warmly greeted and introduced to a salesperson, Caleb Sturgeon. I explained that I was considering 4 different makes and models from 4 different dealerships. This information did not change my experience. Caleb was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He has a working relationship with other Hyundai dealerships. If the particular vehicle you want is not on his lot, he can find it for you. The process to test drive the Tucson was hassle free. I ultimately bought another make and model from another dealership, but could not have been happier with my experience at Suntrup and with Caleb. I highly recommend this dealership.

This is the second time we have purchased a Hyundai from Suntrup. Caleb has been our salesman each time. We highly recommend him to assist you with all your auto purchasing needs. He is honest, straight forward, and without any high pressure sales tactics. The drive for us is 6 hours round trip, and we will gladly make this trip to work with Caleb and Suntrup again!

Conveniently located, friendly staff, and understanding people with patience and compassion. I felt more like a guest than a customer which to me is very important. I had to get a new car this year, although financially it would have been easier for me next year. Paul Goodin took his time to show me options and gave me time to think through numbers. I went back two weeks later, feeling better because I wasn't rushed or pushed into any situation. Kati Patterson was EXCEPTIONAL through the final process. She was clear and professional, explained everything in an understandable way, and again, not pushy, but patient and resourceful. I wasn't rushed through anything, and again, felt as though I was a valued guest of hers. Despite my apprehension of having to get a car earlier than planned, I am so grateful to have met these two fine professionals, Paul and Kati, and I am so happy to have come across Suntrup Hyundai. I love my new Sonata and I love my experience with the dealership and their wonderful representatives. Thank you Kati. Suntrup should be very proud to have you as one of the faces of their company.

Tim is a great advisor. He is thorough in his explanations of what the mechanics are communicating to him. He helped us get a loaner since our car was going to require over a week in the shop - that was something we really appreciated and needed! He really is the best. I'm a sticker for good customer service and will refuse to even go to dealers that have treated me poorly in past deals. I have now purchased two vehicles from Caleb and this dealership. Both have gone above and beyond to make the purchase experience top notch. I wouldn't have expected this level of service from a Hyundai dealer but I was very pleased and would definitely give them my business again. Service has been great as well.
