In general, I have had great service here. I like the ability to text with my service advisor and get the multi-point inspection via a link and there is video describing my car's condition and if anything needs repaired. A slight downside to their service department is that they don't let you wait with your vehicle unless you are getting an oil change and they make you pay the fees a merchant usually pays when you use a credit card. Last fall I bought a new car here and while that wasn't a great experience I would still overall rate this place above average in service and customer care.

Thanks to George’s professionalism and excellent customer service, my husband and I had an excellent experience with our Hyundai Palisade purchase. We will be returning to Suntrup and requesting George in the future!

He had already narrowed down great options based on the parameters I gave him earlier in the day. Worked with Kirill on getting myself an Elentra N and he provided me everything I could need before even coming into the dealership to check it out. He made it a seamless experience at the dealership since I had to leave for an event that afternoon (especially for a Saturday!). If I was buying another car from Hyundai Suntrup or any dealership I would be glad to work with him again on a sale.

We shopped at a Hyundai dealership in Illinois, closer to home, the day before coming to Suntrup. The experience was less than ideal. I do a lot of research and determine what it is we want before even going to a dealership. In the long run, this makes it easier on us and the dealership. Unfortunately, the other dealership must not have wanted to sell a car that day. The salesperson pretty much told us to come back in two days, when she had time. No thank you! The next day we drove a little further to Suntrup. We were quickly welcomed by Kirill. He had the vehicle ready for us to look at that I had inquired about. While we were test-driving it, he went ahead and pulled up another car that we would have been interested in. He was very attentive, didn't push anything on us, and made the transaction as smooth as possible. We were in and out of there within an hour and a half with a new car. Everyone we encountered was awesome. If you're looking for a Hyundai, head to Suntrup Hyundai and ask for Kirell; you won't be disappointed.
