George Cooper was phenomenal from the moment I found my Palisade to the time I drove it off the lot! Driving from three hours away and purchasing a vehicle before I even drove it was nerve wracking. George responded to all of my questions quickly and sent over any information immediately. I couldn’t make it to pick the car up until Monday, but George stayed in contact over the weekend and checked in with me first thing Monday morning to see what time we would make it. He also made sure the car was there and ready for us when we arrived! As soon as we walked in the door he greeted us with a smile on his face. I had my 7 year old son with me and he didn’t mind a bit, he even played some throw and catch with him in the parking lot before we left. Alex, from the financing department, was great as well! He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I had the coverage I needed in case something happened in the future. Truly couldn’t ask for a better team to buy a car from. We love our new Palisade and I would recommend these two to anyone who’s looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you again!!

Paul the sales person was 10/10 wonderful. He was knowledgeable but not pushy. He was very honest, had integrity, and did not try to manipulate me. He was just wonderful and has even been a great resource since buying my vehicle. I’ve recommend him and Suntrup Hyundai because of him to many others. Give Paul a raise! There aren’t enough sales people like him!! I could’ve gone without the pressure from the financing manager to buy extended warranties, etc when I was very clear about what I wanted. But Paul made the experience so worth it!!! I love my 2026 Hyundai Sante Fe Calligraphy Hybrid!!!

None of these reviews will explain what these people did for me. In 2hrs, I was in a 2020 Jeep I needed for my job. At the time I had a 460 credit score and these people pulled magic out of a hat, in 1hr. I cant stress this enough. I wasn't scammed, the music in tbe place was unnaturally good. And everyone was nice, not just 1 person (but Arick be in there doing straight wizardry, I'm just saying).

George is great. Set me up with the best vehicle for me. Just ask about his cousin.
