Five cars in ten years including different makes, models and dealers. Like most people, it's typically not a process I look forward to. Even though I approach it loaded with research and have a great understanding of the process, including its unexplainable pricing, mystery fees and that final round with the hard-hitting extended warranty/add-ons peddler, I generaly still leave with an uneasy feeling and questioning if I actually got a good deal on the vehicle. This round was to buy a vehicle for my daughter. We had visited several dealerships that day and ended up at Suntrup Hyundai. I was prepared for the "usual" but have to admit it was a totally different experience. Enter Kyle Durbin. Kyle was our "advisor", and as skeptical as I was (am), he was a genuine pleasure to work with. He took the time to discuss her car preferences, budget criteria (limited) and make her feel comfortable (first time buyer). He truly helped steer her in the right direction without any manipulation or effort to up-sell . She ended up in a great car well within her budget. Final take- great experience, great car. I've never left a review for anything but if Kyle (Durbin ) is representative of everyone there, I can't help but to highly recommend Suntrup Hyndai. We will definitely be repeat buyers!

I rarely write reviews. And when I do, it's only because something was superb. That is exactly what I received from Jeremy. He was awesome. Even though he had only been at that dealer for a short time. He made my experience with Suntrup most pleasurable. He was through, upfront, and made me feel very comfortable. He also was very personable. Our test drive was short but fun. We got a few laughs in. He followed through with everything and even made sure that he called me a couple days after the sale to see how everything was working out. I would definetly recommend him to others. My experience was smooth and very easy to navigate through. I was pretty much in and out. There was only one thing I was a little disappointed in and that was my low fuel light came on when I had just got on to the highway. It was dark and when I picked it up and I wasn't familiar with all the features yet. I couldn't figure out how to get the fuel tank open. I didn't even think they made the push open gas tank any more. I was looking for the latch to open the tank. Other than that my service was exceptional. I also think that Jeremy is definitely an asset to Suntrup. I left feeling I was one happy customer. By the way, im still figuring stuff out.😁 thanks again for the great service.
