We went into Suntrup Hyundai on a very busy Saturday afternoon, and with the help of the two Kyles, mostly Kyle Durbin, we were able to easily purchase a new car and trade in an old one. They found the color of car I wanted at another dealership (200 miles away) and had it brought to STL a couple days later. Very smooth transaction. No issues.

We had a fantastic experience working with Caleb! We showed up with a car already picked out to test drive. He never pushed us to look at other vehicles, and made the process super easy. We left to test drive other cars at other dealerships, but our experience at Subtrup was so good that we came back the same day. Finance was easy and straightforward with Skyler. We were worried they would push us to get warranties we didn’t want, but it was never coercive or uncomfortable. We definitely plan on coming back for our next family vehicle!

The service department fixed an issue with my car that was under warranty even though I didn't buy the car from them. They didn't have to treat me as well as they did since I was not their customer! I am very impressed with how well they handled a tough situation with an upset customer. This kind of service is what makes people become customers for life.

Suntrup Hyundai has the worst service department I have ever had to use. I currently own my 3rd Santa Fe and obviously I love the cars. I went to Suntrup for service because they are close to home, but in the future I will drive the extra distance to Dean Team in Ballwin because this is not the first bad experience I've had at Suntrup. Suntrip Hyundai is hands down one the best dealerships out there. I visited them to purchase a new vehicle. Andy and Carter helped me make an informed decision and narrow down my choices to a Palisade or a Santa Fe. I was pleasantly surprised when I drove the palisade for the first time. The drive was smoother than a baby's bottom. The vehicle is simply super and extremely comfortable with all the latest bells and whistles. With a 100,000 miles drive train warranty and a low apr financing, it was really a no brainer.
