Don't buy from here as service after the sale apparently doesn't exist. I purchased a used car 2 weeks ago - 2022 Jeep Cherokee with 57,000 miles on it for $21,000.00 and purchased an extended warranty. Within the 2 week period the following has occurred: 1. Car battery bad - replaced day of sale 2. Tires bad - just had them replaced due to bad tread and gash in sidewall that I didn't notice during the test drive. 3. Passenger window switch broken 4. I wish I had a better outcome, but I understand why. I received 3 tickets recently for not having current license plates on my car. Also, not displaying an exhaust system inspection sticker and finally no insurance. It all started when I missed one month payment with the insurance I used to have. They dropped me immediately and refused to reinstate me. I was driving a Hyundai Elantra GT Sport, one of the highest stolen vehicles in the whole country. I just had the worst experience trying to buy out my lease vehicle, with the salesman that sold me the lease. I stopped by the dealership to inquire about buying out my lease which ends in November. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. The staff was not overly pushy, which I really appreciated, and they took the time to understand my needs and preferences. I was shown a variety of options that fit my budget, and I felt no pressure to make a quick decision. The sales team was knowledgeable, answering all my questions clearly and honestly. They even encouraged me to take a test drive, which was really helpful in making my choice.
My car had been worked on for 20 days and not all issues resolved. On top of my car issues not being resolved in a timely manor, They broke a button on my AC controls and never replaced or "owned" their mistake. My car was returned to me with a broken part.

Tim worked through a complicated process with travel schedules and was able to make the process smooth and seamless. It was a pleasure to work with tim and the entire service and sales staff on my g70 and it was greatly appreciated as i had a 3 plus hour trip each way to drop off and pick up my vehicle. He was able to secure a loaner car and make everything work within the time frame we needed.
We had a very positive experience at this dealership. Andy was great to work with, answered all of our questions, let us go on long test drives, and was very responsive via text. We never felt pressured in person or any method of communication. I reached out to Billy via Facebook after we found out we had left something in our car that was in the service bay, and critically needed to get it on a Sunday when the dealership was closed.
