In general, I have had great service here. I like the ability to text with my service advisor and get the multi-point inspection via a link and there is video describing my car's condition and if anything needs repaired. Last fall I bought a new car here and while that wasn't a great experience I would still overall rate this place above average in service and customer care.

Thanks to George’s professionalism and excellent customer service, my husband and I had an excellent experience with our Hyundai Palisade purchase. We will be returning to Suntrup and requesting George in the future!

Unfortunately they did not have the color and model with all-wheel-drive that I wanted at the dealership. They arranged for another dealership to send in a new Kona with all the features that I wanted, and it arrived a few days later. After finalizing initial paperwork with Caleb, I met with Business Manager Kati to complete the financial portion of the car purchase. She was AMAZING and very fun to talk to and made the whole process very stress free. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the warranty of my Kona and all the benefits I received. She was great at explaining the auto financing, of course- but was super helpful with other great financial advice on how to best manage payments for my car and how to balance it all out with my other finances. I couldn’t recommend Suntrup Hyundai ENOUGH!!! This was a very happy and memorable first time buying experience for me and I have already shared my experience with others because of how wonderful it was.

This was the best carbine experience that I have had to date. And no time during the process that I have to wait. The product is beautiful. My new car is amazing and the service was excellent.

I’ve always dreaded the car buying experience, particularly because I feel like the salesmen insult my intelligence. It gets tiring. My experience with Caleb Sturgeon at Suntrup was totally different. He was knowledgeable, he wasn’t pushy, he helped find the exact car I wanted (Suntrup didn’t have one on their lot), and he, therefore made the entire process much more pleasant. I enjoyed talking with him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend going to see him when you’re looking for a new Hyundai.

I went to the Suntrup Hyundai dealership to drop off my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe for a service appointment Thursday night. While there, the new Santa Fe caught my eye with the third row. Then when I went back Friday night to pick up my car and I thought maybe I would just look at it. I had worked with Caleb Sturgeon in the past, as well as several of my friends, so I knew I’d be in good hands if I just popped in. I met with him for a few minutes and explained I wanted to check out the new Santa Fe due to the third row. He immediately went to get keys to let me test drive one to see how I felt. He then asked what my needs were and what I liked and didn’t like and it didn’t feel pushy at all. He truly just cared about helping me find the best car to fit my family. He even had cars brought up from other lots as I explained what I wanted and what I didn’t like. He was busy, I was not his only client, but he never rushed me, or seemed stressed or made me feel as if I was a bother for just popping in. That night I was on the fence. I texted him even after closing thinking he would just respond in the morning, but he immediately answered and said he would do his best to help with my requests. In the morning, he spoke to finance and supervisors and to my surprise got everything I asked for and more. I was beyond impressed. I then drove up, did one more test drive of a different trim line and came in to get started. Again, was just impressed with Caleb and his attitude. It felt more like a friend helping you get what you wanted and less like some stressful sales experience. I was in and out in under two hours. It was awesome. Sales was great, finance was great, it was just all around a great car buying experience. This is my third car buying experience at this location and it’s honestly the only place I will go. I’ve never had a bad experience. Caleb is the best in sales, the finance department is kind and accommodating, and then once you get your car Angela in the service department is awesome for helping you maintain it. Service center is so busy i think they should consider weekend hours. Having to wait two weeks for an oil change appointment and then two hours for an oil change tells me they need to either expand the service center or the service center hours. The waiting room is comfy enough though, but bring a book or a craft project. Maybe pack a lunch. Maybe bring some dominoes and start a game.

Shout out to George Cooper for all his help! I appreciated his patience throughout the car-buying process.
