Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Retrieve vehicles as directed by the dispatcher and take them to the stall area.
Complete every repair order with the highest efficiency and quality standards, taking heed of and following all dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
Perform expert diagnosis of problems and repair them as authorized by the customer.
Obtain all necessary parts for your work through the Parts Department.
When the job is under warranty or if the customer requests it, tag and save parts to be turned in appropriately.
Notify the service advisor of all changes to the timing of your work, e.g., more work is needed, more time is needed for current work, or less work is necessary.
Keep excellent documentation of work performed.

Address all customer complaints and verify you’ve done so through road tests.
Participate in quality checks of completed work.
Take part in all training classes.
Stay on top of all factory technical bulletins.
Keep customer vehicles clean throughout the work process.
Take personal responsibility for all housekeeping and safety standards.
Know and obey all automotive repair and service work guidelines, including all federal, state, local, and other guidelines.
